Yoga became an important part of Andrea's life over the years and beyond the physical and mental benefits she enjoys the spirit of community in Yoga. In her classes she wants to share this spirit and is creating an environment/atmosphere which allows each student to be in her or his individual Yoga experience while connecting with fellow practitioners.
She has training in both Chair Yoga for Seniors and Yoga for Children. She has been offering a Chair Yoga class as well as a regular mat class and plans to soon teach yoga to kids in nearby schools.
Andrea is a member of Yoga Atlantic Teachers Association.
