YOGA & MEDITATION WEEKEND RETREAT AT MERSEY RIVER CHALETS ( near Keji)
November , 2010 (exact date to be announced)
$320 (includes taxes, all meals, accomodations & program)
led by Andrea Wegerer & Julie Palmer

This weekend program on the banks of the mersey river is a great way to re-connect to your inner self and to nature. We practise morning yoga in a round windowed room with a crackling fire and the rapids bubbling in the background.

Other activities may include guided self or partner massage, connecting to nature, chanting, meditation (seated and possibly walking), journalling, breathing techniques, fun group exercises, group sharing, partner yoga and yoga philosopy.
All activities are optional.

There is also be unstructured time for oneself or to spend with others.
There are kayaks and canoes available, walking trails and a labyrinth.

Shared accommodation in cabins and vegetarian meals provided.
Cabins have kitchenette & woodstove.
(Single accommodation available for an extra fee).

All accomodation and boardwalk are wheel-chair accessible.

Beginners welcome.

Program begins Friday evening at 6 pm with dinner and ends Sunday at 1:30 pm after lunch.

$100 deposit required to reserve your spot.


Instructors have a combined experience of over 23 years teaching in the Kripalu and Hatha yoga traditions.
