Rancho Encantado is located on a freshwater lake, Bacalar Laguna, a world heritage site, near important Mayan archeological sites. Immerse yourself in this truly nurturing experience for body, mind, heart and soul. The retreat features several teachers offering various yoga styles at all levels including Kriplalu and
Vinyasa flows, plus meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, asana clinics and the work of Byron Katie, all helping to create an expanded awareness of Self, and a deeper sense of ease in both body and mind. Price includes all meals, full yoga program and ground transport to and from Cancun airport.
Swim, kayak, laze in a hammock or select any or all of the guided tours including Mayan experience, city tour for shopping and museums, birding, zip line, guided kayak outing or a boat trip. Meet wonderful people and dine on local foods including fresh fruits, vegetables and fish prepared with the flavours of the region. Enjoy a massage or other spa service. Shared accommodations in waterside or garden-side cabanas.
