Program begins Friday evening at 6 pm with dinner and ends Sunday just after lunch around 1:30 pm.

 

 

Join Certified Yoga Teacher Julie Palmer in a beautiful natural setting.  Experience daily yoga & meditation, excellent vegetarian meals,  guided movement, yoga-dance, yoga philosophy, massage experience, group sharing, shared accommodation, & some free time to reflect, journal, nap, chat with friends. If another participant can be found to replace you, you will get your deposit back minus a 5% administration fee. If not, then your deposit is forfeited.
