YOGA & MEDITATION WEEKEND RETREAT : MERSEY RIVER CHALETS
 May 25-27, 2012 $325 (includes taxes, all vegetarian meals, shared accommodations in cabins & program)
Led by Julie Palmer. Beginners welcome.
 This weekend program is a great way to re-connect to your inner self and to nature. We practice morning yoga with the sound of the river rushing by in a round all windowed room with a central hearth crackling away. 

Explore the Chakras through yoga, meditation, movement, sounding, pendulum, chanting, journalling, fun group/partner exercises. All activities are optional.

There is also unstructured time for oneself or to spend with others. 
There are kayaks & canoes available, walking trails and a labyrinth.
Single accommodation available for an extra fee of $60.

Program begins Friday evening at 6 pm with dinner and ends Sunday just after lunch around 1 pm.
