Program begins Friday evening at 6 pm with dinner and ends Sunday just after lunch around 1:30 pm.
Join Certified Yoga Teachers Julie Palmer & Janice MacDonald in a beautiful natural setting. Experience daily yoga & meditation, gourmet vegetarian meals, guided movement, yoga-dance, yoga philosophy, massage experience, group sharing, shared accommodation, & some free time to hike, paddle, reflect, journal, nap, chat with friends. All activities are optional. Private room/cabin available for extra cost.
