Mostly Yin Yoga Class Monday evenings is a quiet inward exploration with long held poses that are either seated, lying or one particular standing pose. This helps to create space in the joints, ligaments and fascia. Class includes some warm-ups, breathing techniques and always a final relaxation. Students work at their own pace and modifications are offered to make poses easier or more challenging to suit individual needs. Folks are free to hold poses longer or to come out early if they wish.
