“Get fit where you sit” ~ This gentler class done seated in a chair or standing using a chair for balance includes centering meditation, pranayama (breathing) techniques, thorough warm-ups to prevent injury, abdominal strengtheners,  seated & standing yoga poses, balancing poses, sometimes hand & finger movements to keep dexterity & ease arthritis, precautions for medical conditions such as osteoporosis and high blood pressure, meditation, and relaxation. All students work at their own pace and are encouraged to take breaks if needed. Attend by donation (suggested $5).
